Free Health Clinics are popping up all over!
Do your research if you don't have insurance and low on funds. Many free and low costing health care clinics are now becoming an option in cities across the United States. Even major private hospitals are offering low or no fee services for many reasons such as research (trials). It doesn't hurt to call your local hospital and see if they offer any of these services at their facility if your concern about a particular area regarding your health.
REMEMBER ALWAYS CALL 911 IF YOU FEEL IT COULD BE AN EMERGENCY!!!

It's important to let your children know if there is a major disease that runs within your family history? Often times parents feel like if they talk about such subjects, they might not appear strong. However, you can save a family member a lot of grief by communicating about health issues that have affected your family. Some diseases are genetic related and can affect the next generation of family members.

LOVE YOUR HEART Women and Black Americans suffer from heart disease at LIFE THREATENING alarming RATES!!! In general and according to the AHA American Heart Association, Coronary Heart Disease is America's No. 1 Killer. Stroke is the No. 3 leading cause of disability.
WOMEN: Cardiovascular Diseases, Stokes & Heart diseases are number 1 killers among women
according to the "American Heart Association". We must please put an end to these staggering numbers and stats by taking care of ourselves.
There are many new developments medications that can prevent clots from thickening and more.
We must take the steps to know our bodies and seek help when needed!
DIAL 911 when in doubt and your not feeling your unusual self, especially when it's a re-occurring symptom. This might be a warning sign. Call your doctor if you feel your not in immediate danger! Be safe and call 911 if your not sure.
