 1. Today In Health Care - HAITI AND RELIEF EFFORTS

 HAITI:  YOU CAN STILL HELP.  In fact it is going to be a long road to recovery and every dime counts!  If you did not know, former President Clinton has been involved with community development for some time prior to the Earthquake.  Sometimes it's best to entrust in people that are more familiar with the territory.  

As posted by President Clinton, you can Text “HAITI” to "20222" and $10 will be donated to relief efforts, charged to your cell phones.  Also, through Paypal you can contribute to American Red Cross.

Doctors Beyond Borders, The Doctors (TV) and other Medical staff  services and expertise were very crucial to starting relief efforts, stabilizing and recovery of those that suffered tremendously during this terrible disaster.  In fact,  RFL has contributed to these organization through Paypal and there are other ways, realizing that it's important that the faster we can help those with a life threatening issue, the better off the individuals will be (which is something we always preach).

Rushing for Life Commends Wyclef, American Red Cross, Salvation Army, Celebrities like Angelina and Brad Pitt and so many others that have jumped in and made a major impact in contributing to the cause.  There are many more people involved that we have not  not listed. Please remember that Haiti is no where near recovering from such a tragedy.  Please keep them in your prayers and feel free to notify Rushing for Life in providing you with resources to helping and contributing to relief efforts ongoing.

Please remember when contributing to this cause make sure you do your due diligence. Because this has such a wide spread impact on people feelings, it also is a time when others pray on others weaknesses.

Originally from California, it had been a while since Trisia had been home to the Bay Area or the family home in the San Joaquin Valley. California had the beauty of many places put together, therefore she thought she would never leave although she had experienced many hardships there. However life dealt her another hand as it so often does.  Atlanta is where she ended up making it home although her family was suppose to be sent to Japan through her husband's JC work for their first tour of duty in the the Air Force which is normally oversees.  (Read more at RFL Today Magazine
